These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hours Tracker mobile application ("App") provided by us ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Hours Tracker is a time-tracking application that allows you to record work hours, track breaks, calculate earnings, and export data. The App stores data locally on your device and may sync to your iCloud account if enabled.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculations, earnings estimates, or time-tracking data provided by the App. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your records and for any decisions you make based on information from the App. We recommend keeping your own backup records for important data.
We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of your data, whether due to device failure, software issues, iCloud sync problems, user error, or any other cause. You use the App at your own risk and are responsible for backing up your data independently.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
